Attendee Bag Insert
Every attendee gets an event backpack and what they nd inside is entirely up to you (at your own expense). Your brand can reach all 5,000+ attendees. We do not guarantee the inclusion of any materials received after the deadlines.
Barber Shop
Coming all the way from London, Pall Mall Barbers will be offering luxury wet shaves and cutting services. Morning or afternoon, sponsor an attendee networking break. The sponsorship includes, but is not limited to meterboard signage, tabletop signage, as well as the inclusion of your logo as the exclusive break sponsor in the agenda.
Chapstick
Las Vegas is gorgeous, but it’s also arrid & hot. Get maximum exposure with branded chapsticks made available throughout the event space!
Charging Station / Bundle of 4
We will provide you with a set of branded charging stations that will be located within the convention facility.
Drybar
Morning or Afternoon, sponsor an attendee lounge with complimentary hair styling provided by the one and only Drybar. The sponsorship includes, but is not limited to meterboard signage, tabletop signage, as well as the inclusion of your logo as the exclusive break sponsor in the agenda.

Event Bag
Every attendee gets an event drawstring backpack: an estimated 5,500+ will be distributed among registered attendees. Co-brand with HLTH and your brand can dominate the entire event and live a second life as a highly visible and highly functional drawstring backpack for everyday use, at the beach, at a picnic or on its way to the gym.
Foldable Flats
Custom brand foldable flats and travel case make our attendees smile with gratitude. Just slip them into your bag or purse and use them when you’ve had enough with wearing uncomfortable (albeit fancy) work shoes.
Headshot Lounge
A designated area with your branding, staffed with professional photographer and backdrop: attendees can get pro headshots (downloadable & branded with your logo).
HLTH Blog
Your brand will be featured as the exclusive sponsor of the HLTH Blog. The blog is featured on the HLTH website, is shared across all social channels, and is included in emails to our database highlighting new articles. The blog is read throughout the healthcare community and gains extensive daily website traffic.
Hotel Room Gift Basket
All HLTH attendees staying in the HLTH Hotel Room block (at the MGM Grand) will receive a welcome kit in their room exclusively from HLTH and participating sponsors as our way of saying “Welcome to HLTH2019!”. This multi-part sponsorship is special as it’s the first sponsored collateral that attendees will encounter and among the most valuable - who doesn’t want a fuzzy robe after a long flight?
Hydration Station / Bundle of 4
We will provide you with a set of branded hydration stations that will be located within the convention facility.
Ink Factory / Sunday through Wednesday
Illustrations drawn by Ink Factory will break down speaker presentations into creative visuals which will be projected onto a screen(s) strategically placed throughout the conference site in high-traffic areas (e.g. Exhibit hall, main hall outside General Session, Etc.). Your branding/logo will be visible as images are shown throughout the day to help HLTH attendees engage with content on a higher level.
Key Cards
We will provide your branding on the MGM Grand’s hotel keys for our HLTH room block with two keys per room.
Lanyards
We will place your branding on the HLTH event lanyard worn by all HLTH attendees. Each HLTH attendee is required to wear their event badge at all times. Maximize your brand exposure!
Mobile App
We will include your brand as the app sponsor, on the mobile app. Specific functionalities are pending.
Networking Break
Morning or Afternoon, sponsor an attendee networking break. The sponsorship includes, but is not limited to meterboard signage, tabletop signage, as well as the inclusion of your logo as the exclusive break sponsor in the agenda.
Photo Booth
Create a fun opportunity for attendees to take pictures. The booth will be provided with your custom branding and signage.
Recovery Kit
Help out our attendees with this day-after Industry Night much needed recovery kit. Industry night is a ton of fun. Not feeling your best the very next morning because of sleep deprivation and too much dancing, not so much. Help our out attendees with a Recovery Kit complete with your branding, to be handed out during General Session on Wednesday.
Registration Welcome Package
Registering can be a drag, so make it better with a glass of champagne sponsored exclusively by your company! Each attendee will be offered a glass of champagne or mimosa while waiting in line to register. Each drink is served with a cocktail napkin with your branding. Your champagne table/setup will be located at Registration exit on your way into the event space meaning EVERY attendee will pass by and you’ll be the first HLTH sponsor they see! (Sunday & Monday Champagne -or- Smoothie Welcome)
Restroom
Take over one of two sets of restrooms located in the Exhibit Hall and capture our attendees' attention when and where they least expect it. Sponsorship includes exclusive rights to the bathroom and the development of your concept. Additional charges/costs may apply.
Reusable Water Bottles
We will provide your branding on reusable water bottles distributed to all HLTH attendees.
Room Drops
Surprise and delight HLTH attendees with a personalized hotel room drop and drive traffic to your brand both on and offsite. (All attendees in HLTH Room Block).
Seat Drops
We will place your literature or thought leadership on every seat ahead of the keynote session of your choice. (Keynote Presentation Only).
Premier Drop Placement: $15,000
Ensure your seat drop is the first one attendees see and is placed atop the general session seat drop of your choice.
Shoe Shine / Monday and Tuesday
This shoe shine stand, located in a high traffic part of the convention facility, provides much-needed service to your target market: “they’ll thank you with every step.”
Social Media
Become HLTH’s official social media sponsor and your branding will appear on our social media header graphics. You will create 2-3 topic/conversation themes and hashtags for each Tweet chat and begin promoting them through your social media channels. We will set up a Twitter Wall video screen in an area with real-time post tracking of #HLTH2019, so attendees can interact and engage with Twitter. The high-traffic area surrounding the screen will include your branding. Includes exclusive SnapChat Geofilter branding. With an average of 3.5 billion snaps per day, you can dominate this interactive media exclusively at HLTH!
