Book Nook Café
HLTH 2019 is the culmination of great ideas, thinkers, leaders and healthcare professionals of all conferences, bar none. Your sponsored book nook lounge is a place where HLTH 2019 content in its entirety is centered showcasing literature written by many of our speakers as well as specialized book signing times in which HLTH attendees can actually meet with authors and have their book signed. This sponsorship is located in our exhibit lounge and allows attendees a respite from exhibit hall walking and fatigue. Additional options are to incorporate an espresso bar or other beverage accommodations.
Chalk Art
Don’t just make a lasting impression in person at HLTH 2019 but find your brand plastered all over social media, Instagram and Twitter with an optically stunning 3D custom art installation with your brand at its core. Work directly with our preferred artists to create a stunning mural that will transform a 300 square foot area from a blank canvas to a one of a kind sponsorship experience.
Coffee Bar
Custom branded espresso cart near high traffic area of the HLTH 2019 Event Space for a specified time. The sponsorship includes all F&B, staff, signage and branding but is not limited to; branded cups, stirrers and a listing of sponsorship in the on-site handbook.

The lounges provide you with an exclusive brand opportunity within the action-packed epicentre of the conference.
Funding Founders
This exclusive and highly-valued networking lounge is open to all Funding Founder participants. This space allows for an opportunity to bring together early-stage startup founders/CEOs and the investment community on Monday and Tuesday.

Media Room

Networking Lounge
Provides an open space for all HLTH attendees that includes highboy tables strategically located in the hallway of a dedicated area within the convention facility. It will offer an ideal place to accommodate casual meetings and for conversing with fellow industry leaders while onsite.

Patio Lounge
Connecting the marquee ballroom and MGM meeting spaces, this high trafficked area puts your sponsorship in the middle of HLTH 2019. Sponsorship includes, but is not limited to branding, signage and furniture across the patio area. Measurements are 30’X30’.

Post Cards
Everyone loves sending and receiving postcards but you don’t always have a stamp on hand or a postal service nearby. With the HLTH Postcard sponsorship, you will have a custom branded Postal Kiosk with a variety of postcards bidding recipients “Greetings From Sunny Las Vegas at HLTH 2019” with your brand proudly displayed. Postcards are then dropped in the Post Box provided and at the end of each day, HLTH will send them on their way!
NOTE: Postcards can only be sent in the United States.
Speaker Room
We will provide you with the sole sponsorship of HLTH’s Speaker Room. Your sponsorship includes but is not limited to branding outside the speaker room, branding and promotion on the HLTH website’s Speaker Page and speaking sessions of the agenda. Sponsor will not have open access to the Speaker Room during the conference.
